Frequently asked questions.
What is the deposit for? ā¼
We require a ā±200 refundable security deposit for every rental. This protects against account misuse. Your deposit is returned in full when you return the game on time.
What's Trophy vs Non-Trophy? ā¼
Trophy = The account is set as Primary on your console. You can earn trophies and play offline. Non-Trophy = You can play the game but trophies go to the account owner. Trophy and Non-Trophy have different rental fees ā check each game's pricing on the catalog.
How do I return a game? ā¼
Follow these steps and record a video while doing them:
For Trophy accounts: 1. Go to Settings ā Users and Accounts ā Other on your PlayStation 2. Find the rental account and disable it 3. This will automatically sign out the account 4. Record a video showing the steps above and send it to our Facebook Page 5. Wait for admin approval
For Non-Trophy accounts: 1. Go to Settings ā Users and Accounts ā Other 2. Find the rental account ā enable it first, then disable it again 3. This will automatically sign out the account 4. Record a video showing the steps above and send it to our Facebook Page 5. Wait for admin approval
Your ā±200 deposit will be refunded once we verify and approve the return.
Can I swap games? š ā¼
ā YES! Swapping is FREE and included in your rental.
š Weekly Rentals: You can swap ONE time during your 7-day rental period. Perfect if you finish a game early or want to try something different!
šļø Monthly Rentals: You can swap UNLIMITED times throughout your 30-day rental! Switch between games as much as you want.
ā ļø Fair Use Policy: While monthly swaps are unlimited, please be reasonable. Swapping multiple times or signs of clear abuse of the policy is not tolerated.
How to swap: Message us on Facebook with the game you want to swap to. We'll process it ASAP!
Are all games compatible with my console? ā¼
Most of our games work on PS5. Some titles are also backward compatible, meaning they can be played on both PS4 and PS5. Each game listing shows the platform so you'll know exactly what's supported before renting.
Can I reserve a game? ā¼
Yes! Use the š Reserve button on the catalog or message us on Facebook. We'll hold it and notify you when it's ready.
What if the current holder extends when I have a reservation? ā¼
If the current holder extends their rental and your reservation is affected, you have two options:
1. Full refund: Get your ā±100 reservation fee back immediately 2. Reschedule: Keep your reservation and we'll update it to the new available date
We'll contact you to choose your preferred option.
What if I return late? ā¼
Please return on time. Late returns may result in deposit forfeiture or additional charges. We'll message you reminders before expiry.
